Happy Independence day from Nicaragua!  This past week was full of parades and celebrations.  Many of the children from our churches represented their schools and communities on the 14th & 15th.  We hope you enjoy seeing this past week in review.

This month Nicaragua celebrates its Independence and we celebrate with our students as they perform in the marching band or are honored for their academic excellence.

We have some great workers at New Song! Hector may not know what his shirt says but he’s always up for a hug!

God is moving among teens, children, and street youth. They were on the edge of their seats as a young man from a nearby community brought a passionate message of how God uses crisis in our lives. He, himself, had lost an 8 year old daughter less than 2 months ago. His reality of faith in God in crisis opened the door for the presence of God to be experienced by all. Several accepted Christ and testified with passion of what He had done for them.

Our sponsorship staff is so proud of Jesus! This girl works so hard in class, attends tutoring every single week with our sponsorship staff, and is becoming quite the reader. We are so proud of her hard work and believe she can achieve all her dreams!
