September 11 Media Week in Review

September is in full swing here in Nicaragua.  Between rain showers and thunderstorms, there is still a lot of activity and life.  We don’t want you to miss out on any of the action, so we have compiled last week’s posts here.

We loved seeing all the personal connections that were formed this summer as our youth group in Candelaria had the opportunity to serve alongside the youth group from Idlewild Baptist Church in North Carolina. These teenagers learned to work together through team builders and ministered together in a prayer service for the community. The youth from North Carolina also got a sweet taste of life in Nicaragua as they learned to cook tostones from a few of our precious Nicaraguan families. There’s such joy when we build Kingdom together across cultural boundaries.

Innovators, our leadership training class, began meeting every Wednesday morning in August. Our local pastors and project leaders are reaching men with the New Covenant, sharing their faith, and living the gospel. Jesus has sent new men, and brought others back; to Him be all the glory!
