This has been one of our wettest rainy seasons in recent years. The past two weeks have been overcast and gloomy, but our faithful communities continue to shine. We wanted to keep you in touch with some of the bright moments throughout October. Don’t worry if you missed any of last week’s posts, our week in review is right here for your enjoyment.
Recently, our pastors met Francisco; a humble servant gathering families in a very rural community. He is feeling led to pastor this church, and wanted prayer and encouragement. We prayed for him that day, and continue to do so. Our pastors also took the initiative to visit the outreach. It was an afternoon of edification and joy. We are excited to see how God will move there.
We want to congratulate the three teams that won the championship in our second little league season: the Indians of Candelaria, the Athletics of Cuitanca, and the Yankees of Santa Matilde! They all worked very to achieve their goal!
Ivania is working hard to finish her last year of university! We are so excited for her as she begins her new career in nursing soon.
Thanks to all the teams that leave things like this bottle of sunscreen behind. Our youth found it and were very excited to use it as hair cream.
