Youth Pastor Intern

Attributes:

• Able to speak Spanish
• Able to teach the Bible and train a Nicaraguan Youth Pastor
• Understand Youth development and is able to plan accordingly that will call up the locals to step into roles as leaders

Job Responsibilities:

• Train, equip and encourage candidate for the position of youth pastor for the church at New Song.
• Leadership training for youth to empower those who are called to serve.
• Planning of the weekly youth meetings as well as events outside of church.
• Work with church leadership to plan retreats, worship nights, and in depth bible studies that will call the youth into higher levels of spirituality.
• The pursuing and incorporation of new youth into the youth group.
