Makeyling is finishing up her sixth grade year and is looking forward to her elementary school graduation in December. We are proud of her for achieving this accomplishment. Makeyling desires to do well and longs to be the first person in her family to graduate from high school. However, she is also entering into her pre-teen years and she is struggling to decide the kind of person she wants to be and what her priorities are. We believe that she can achieve her goals if she makes education her priority and works hard to succeed in her classes. Her sponsorship allowed Makeyling to participate in a field trip with her class and receive extra school supplies to complete special class projects. Thanks to her sponsorship, she was able to receive medical care and medicine through the New Song clinic. Sponsorship provides Makeyling with her uniforms, school shoes, backpack, and the supplies she needs to be successful in her classes.
