Our last update, closed January sharing the Nuevo Amanecer Church 5th Year Anniversary Service, with 11 baptisms, 6 baby dedications, 2 marriages, and 4 new acceptations of Christ…
… AND GOD TOOK THAT MOMENTUM RIGHT INTO
A FABULOUS FEBRUARY.
We hope to quickly give you a view of how we are completing OUR VISION:
We plant churches and empower local leadership to impact our communities through education, recreation, health & wellness, and mission teams. These ministries create opportunities to share the love of Christ and make disciples. Our vision is to equip the disciples to create ongoing, sustainable ministries.
Mobile Ministry was in the streets of six communities and encouraged hundreds with ten people accepting Christ.
We celebrated nine baptisms, and have more scheduled for March, as more than twenty new decisions were made during February – and another wedding!
The school year began and Without Limits provided more than 150 students with backpacks, school supplies, and uniforms.
Tutoring is growing in four communities with 160 students being loved weekly by 17 tutors where children and teens understand their potential and chase after their dreams.
Our Baseball Academy has really been blessed with the help of Ronald Rivera. He is originally from Chichigalpa and the starting catcher for the top professional team in Nicaragua. He came to encourage our players one weekend, and now visits regularly.
Ronald got 4 other teammates to join him and lead a 3-day baseball camp. They trained our kids on pitching, fielding, base running, and of course batting. They are blessing our staff, coaches, and players far more than they know.
New Song Clinic held a Children’s Health Day and reached more than 20 children with doctor’s visits as well as 10 dental cleanings. It is such a blessing to see Jesus’ and the apostles’ command to “love one another” completed through all of our different ministries.
We love and appreciate all of you who are part of our team, and we thank God for so many blessings he provided us this past month.
