This is Your Chance!
This is your chance to become a sponsor of one of our students.
You can read on our website (http://newsongnica.org/withoutlimits/) what sponsorship provides for the students who participate, but I want to share with you a little about our students.
They are smart, outspoken, thoughtful, and just as crazy as a student anywhere else. We have so many students who, with every grade level they pass, are pushing the limits of how far anyone in their family has gone before in school. We have elementary school students who are the only ones in their families who can read and write, and every year, we celebrate students who are the first in their families to graduate from high school.
We have some students currently who are in need of sponsors. Among them are students who have just started high school. The beginning of high school is scary and makes students choose what they want in life. We also have elementary school students who are just starting to dream. We have students who live in single parent homes due to death or who do not live with their biological parents at all. One of the little girls available is in the second grade and helps her pre-school little sister with her homework everyday. One of our elementary girls struggles in math, but works hard to succeed. We have students who are entering into their college studies or technical schools. They are breaking barriers and we can’t wait to see what they do in life.
While we do give out pens and pencils and countless other school supplies, that’s not what sponsorship is about. Sponsorship is about believing in students. Sponsorship is about saying, “I believe in your dreams. I believe in you, and I know you can do it.” Sponsorship is about coming alongside children, youth, and families and encouraging them along the way.
The cost to sponsor an elementary or high school student is $25 per month. You can also sponsor a college student for $100 per month. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to become a sponsor, sign up for an additional student, or make a one-time donation to our program.
